Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This policy explains how Sportsopia Fitness collects and uses information when you browse the website, contact us, purchase a program or use the member and coach areas.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information, including your name, email address and mobile number.
  • Order, payment-status and enrollment records. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies; Sportsopia should not store complete card or mobile-wallet credentials.
  • Fitness-program information you choose to provide, including goals, activity level, equipment, attendance, check-ins and selected body measurements.
  • Brief training-relevant limitation information submitted during onboarding. Do not upload diagnoses, prescriptions or medical records.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate, protect and improve the website.

How we use information

  • To create accounts, process enrollment and provide purchased program access.
  • To deliver classes, dashboards, progress reviews and member support.
  • To protect accounts, prevent abuse and maintain operational records.
  • To send essential service messages and, only when permitted, relevant program communications.

Who can access information

Authorized Sportsopia administrators can access operational records. Assigned coaches receive only the information needed to support their assigned members. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, payments, email, analytics or support under appropriate arrangements.

Progress photos and sensitive files

Private progress-photo upload is not enabled until protected storage and delivery are configured. Do not upload progress photos through the ordinary WordPress Media Library or contact form.

Retention and your choices

Sportsopia retains information only for legitimate service, legal, accounting and security needs. You may ask to access, correct or request deletion of eligible personal information. Some order and compliance records may need to be retained.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. Protect your password and contact Sportsopia if you believe your account has been compromised.

Contact

Use the Contact page for privacy questions. Do not send detailed medical records through ordinary email or website forms.
