These terms govern access to the Sportsopia Fitness website, online programs and member services. By enrolling or using a member account, you agree to the version presented at checkout.
Service scope
Sportsopia provides structured online fitness coaching, live group classes, guided activity, accountability and progress tracking. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, emergency care or individualized clinical nutrition.
Eligibility and accounts
Programs are intended for adults aged 18 or older unless a cohort expressly states otherwise. You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and use only your own account.
Enrollment and access
A seat is confirmed only after an eligible payment is recorded and an enrollment is created. Access applies to the purchased member and cohort and may not be shared, resold or transferred without written approval.
Participation responsibilities
- Complete the required starting assessment honestly.
- Train within your abilities and follow reasonable safety instructions.
- Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms.
- Use respectful behavior during live classes and community interaction.
- Seek professional clearance when an injury, condition, pregnancy or other concern may affect participation.
Schedules and service changes
Sportsopia may reasonably adjust coaches, class timing, exercises or delivery tools when operationally necessary. Material cohort changes will be communicated to enrolled members.
Results
Outcomes vary with attendance, effort, nutrition, recovery, starting condition and other individual factors. Sportsopia does not guarantee weight loss, physique change or a particular performance result.
Content and conduct
Program materials, class recordings, dashboards and brand assets are for the enrolled member’s personal use. Recording, copying, redistributing or commercially using them without permission is prohibited. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unsafe disruption or serious violation of these terms.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices and payment status appear at checkout. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any cohort-specific terms shown before purchase.
Liability and governing terms
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms should be read with the Privacy Policy and Fitness & Health Disclaimer. The production version will be governed by the laws applicable to the Sportsopia operating entity.
